Dhanani Group Inc, owner of Burger King restaurants, is seeking a capable supervisor to grow with our fast-paced team in White Bear Lake, MN. You will lead daily operations, mentor crew, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards.

This role offers hands-on leadership, shift scheduling, training, and performance coaching to build servant leadership and drive quality, speed, and hospitality across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience
• Excellent guest service skills required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Develop Servant Leaders by putting your people and restaurant first.
• Create Memorable Experiences by delivering service that guests love.
• Administration: balance guest experience with financial goals.
• Welcome new team members and provide training needed to do their job.
• Lead inspiring team huddles to motivate and inform the team.
• Ensure ongoing training and coaching for team members.
• Build the capability of shift supervisors and prepare them for advancement.
• Thank the team and celebrate success.
• Coach brand service behaviors: train, observe, provide feedback.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Keep the restaurant welcoming and clean.
• Ensure product quality and operations standards are met.
• Partner with GM to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Manage daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory to order products efficiently.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and adjust production planning.
• Create schedules and onboard new team members.
• Address employee needs and conduct Operational Assessments.
