Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden, part of the Tc4 & Co Hospitality group, is hiring for a Shift Supervisor / Key Hourly role in Austin, TX. We’re seeking individuals who thrive in a fast casual dining environment and can support restaurant operations as a keyholder.

Qualifying candidates are 18+, have 1+ years of current full-service restaurant management experience, and are eligible to work in the US. Base pay is $2.13/hour plus tip share, with total earnings typically ranging higher through tips.

Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden is a full service restaurant concept that has growth opportunities in a casual dining restaurant environment.

Team members typically average $25 to $30 per hour. However, because this is a tipped role, this is not guaranteed. You will be paid a base of $2.13 plus tip share.

This restaurant front of house or back of house job for hourly key team leaders focuses on assisting managers in running the restaurant as a keyholder. This includes shift supervisory / shift lead roles ensuring high quality food is prepared and served to our customers. This is an hourly team leader role that has keyholder / shift supervisor responsibilities.
