Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden in Austin, TX is hiring for a Shift Supervisor / Key Hourly role. This fast casual restaurant offers award-winning New York style pizza and Italian American dishes in a lively beer garden setting.

The position is open to both full-time and part-time applicants and requires you to help manage front-of-house or back-of-house operations. Team members typically earn $25 to $30 per hour including tips, with a base wage of $2.13 plus tip share; earnings vary with tips.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age, or older (based on local restrictions)
• 1+ years of current full service restaurant manager experience
• Must be eligible to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Assist managers in running the restaurant as a keyholder.
• This includes shift supervisory / shift lead roles ensuring high quality food is prepared and served to customers.
• Support front-of-house and back-of-house operations to maintain service standards.

Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden is a full service restaurant concept that has growth opportunities in a casual dining restaurnat environment.

Team members typically average $25 to $30 per hour. However, because this is a tipped role, this is not guaranteed. You will be paid a base of $2.13 plus tip share.

This restaurant front of house or back of house job for hourly key team leaders focuses on assisting managers in running the restaurant as a keyholder. This includes shift supervisory / shift lead roles ensuring high quality food is prepared and served to our customers. This is an hourly team leader role that has keyholder / shift supervisor responsibilities.
