Job summary

SSC Services For Education is hiring for a full-time Shift Supervisor at the TAMU PV Jn location in Prairie View, TX. The role runs Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, with potential openings at other district locations.

A minimum of 2 years in janitorial and 2 years in supervision is required, with pay ranging from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour. We offer comprehensive benefits, training and growth opportunities, and the potential for same-day pay.

Qualifications

• 2 years of janitorial experience required.
• 2 years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift.
• Oversee that assigned job expectations are completed per policy and procedure.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate workers, reward high performers and address performance issues.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management on quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee time-off requests and complaints.
