Compass Group USA is seeking a FULL TIME SHIFT SUPERVISOR (HOURLY) to lead a team during a defined shift at University TX - Dallas, Richardson campus. You will oversee training, scheduling, and performance management to ensure quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety expectations.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
