POSITION OVERVIEW
The Residential Shift Supervisor will provide leadership and supervision for operational staff during their assigned shift. generates work schedules and assignments for operations staff, security and maintenance personnel. Provides or arranges for shelter coverage for unscheduled absences and other unexpected situations. Provides training to new staff, ensures that operations policies and procedures are enforced at all times.
