Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR at PRMC Pine Ridge in Naples, FL. The role directs the activities of associates during a shift and ensures policy, quality, productivity and safety standards are maintained.

The ideal candidate will train staff, create schedules, evaluate performance, and mentor employees to promote advancement, with Friday–Sunday schedules and hours that may vary, discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure policy and procedures are followed.
• Train staff and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance and address disciplinary issues as needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and monitor quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as point of contact for employee time-off requests and concerns.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and oversee completion of assigned tasks.
• Provide training and create work schedules for team members.
• Evaluate performance and reward high performers, address issues as needed.
• Prepare reports for management to ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees to encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
