Job summary

You will open, transition, and close the restaurant, monitor systems, ensure safety, training, and profitability while delivering an exceptional guest experience through proactive leadership and timely feedback.

Responsibilities

• Coach Team Members to uphold Chick-fil-A Vision, Mission, and Purpose.
• Lead shift operations and ensure timely completion of restaurant systems.
• Open, transition, and close the restaurant according to standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and monitor guest safety and service quality.
• Provide constructive feedback and develop teammates through scheduled training and daily coaching.
• Prioritize drive-thru and front-of-house anchors to optimize guest experience.
