Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager to provide quality customer service and food products in alignment with company standards and brand guidelines. The role supports learning and performing management tasks under the guidance of the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year as a supervisor/manager in food service or retail, is at least 18, and can pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards to enhance each customer’s visit.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
• Help maintain daily store operations and ensure a positive shift experience for customers.
