Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring for a Shift Supervisor at DMC Sinai Grace EVS in Detroit, MI. We offer both full-time and part-time schedules with AM and PM shifts, including rotating weekends.

The role directs associates on a shift, trains staff, schedules work, and ensures quality, safety, and productivity. Qualified candidates will have prior dispatch and supervisory experience, with a focus on teamwork and customer service in a healthcare environment.

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure assigned tasks meet policy and procedure.

• We are hiring immediately for full time and part time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.
• Location: DMC Sinai Grace EVS - 6071 West Outer Drive, Detroit, MI 48235. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time and part time schedules are available. AM and PM shifts are available, including rotating weekends. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous dispatch and supervisory experience required.
• Pay Range:$22.00 per hour to$25.00per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
