We are hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift, oversee that job expectations are completed, and ensure policy and procedure compliance. Essential duties include:

1. Providing training and creating work schedules.
2. Evaluating worker performance, rewarding high performers, and disciplining underperformers.
3. Preparing production or sales reports for management and ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
4. Acting as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
5. Mentoring, developing employees, and encouraging goal setting and advancement.
6. Performing other duties as assigned.
