Location: Wingate University

We are hiring immediately for full-time Shift Supervisor positions.

Job Summary

Responsible for directing associates during a shift, overseeing that job expectations are met, and maintaining policies and procedures. Duties include:

1. Providing training and creating work schedules.
2. Evaluating performance, rewarding high performers, and disciplining employees failing to meet standards.
3. Preparing production or sales reports and ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
4. Acting as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
5. Mentoring and developing employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
6. Performing other duties as assigned.
