Fresh Ideas at Wayne State University in Wayne, NE is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to lead dining associates during a scheduled shift. You will train staff, manage schedules, and ensure quality, safety and guest satisfaction.

This role requires prior food service and supervisory experience; compensation ranges from $16.00 to $17.50 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement within Compass Group's Fresh Ideas division.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety goals are met.
• Act as the contact person for employee requests for time off and staffing needs.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Location : Wayne State University - 1111 Main Street, Wayne, NE 68787 . Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full time schedule; Monday through Wednesday, 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Saturday and Sunday split shift, 8:30 am to 8:30 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : Prior food service and supervisory experience is required.
• Pay Range: $16.00 per hour to $17.50per hour

• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
