Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for the University of Alabama Athletics facility at 1091 Coliseum Drive, Tuscaloosa, AL 35487. Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.

Job Summary

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.

• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.

• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
