Unidine is hiring immediately for a full time Shift Supervisor at Elcor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Horseheads, NY. Schedule: full time with days, nights, weekends and holidays; prior food service experience is required. Pay range $18.00–$20.00 per hour, with perks including free parking, uniform provided, and a shift meal.

You will direct associates on a specific shift, ensure tasks are completed per policy, and support a safe, productive work environment.

• Act as contact person for employees with complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.

Job Summary

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
