Job Summary

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position at 1000 Fulton Avenue, Hempstead, NY 11550. The role involves directing the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensuring job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedure. Pay range: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour. Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
