Job summary

Bon Appetit is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor for our Sunnyvale location. You will direct associates on a shift and ensure that all tasks meet policy and procedure requirements while maintaining service standards.

The role requires coordinating training and schedules, evaluating performance, and generating reports for management. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a pay range of $27.00 to $30.00 per hour and eligibility for benefits and an internal referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Previous espresso bar experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating shift schedules and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
