Job description

We are hiring immediately for full‑time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions at Memorial Hermann Woodlands, 9520 Pinecroft Drive, Shenandoah, TX 77380. Online applications only.

Schedule: Full‑time schedule; days and hours may vary. Weekends and holidays required. More details will be discussed during the interview.

Requirement: Prior shift supervisor experience preferred. High school diploma required.

Pay Range: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline those who fail to meet reasonable standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Serve as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
