Job summary

Unidine is hiring immediately for a full time Shift Supervisor at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach, MO. You will direct the activities of associates during a shift, train staff, and ensure that policy and safety standards are followed.

The ideal candidate has prior food service and cooking experience with proven leadership ability. You will schedule staff, review performance, prepare reports, and serve as a point of contact for team members.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience required or preferred.
• Cooking experience is preferred.
• Leadership experience is preferred.

• Location: Lake Regional Health System - 54 Hospital Drive, Osage Beach, MO 65065.
• Schedule: Full time schedule. Days and hours may vary; rotating weekends included. More details upon interview.

• Perks: $500 sign on bonus, more details upon interview.
• Fixed Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Job Summary

Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
