Eurest is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at Fiserv, Omaha, NE. Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure all tasks align with policy and standards.

Required are management and culinary experience. You will train staff, schedule shifts, evaluate performance, and prepare reports to support quality and safety. Strong leadership and teamwork are essential for growth within Eurest.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Schedule : Full time schedule. Monday - Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.

• Requirement : Management and Culinary experience required. *Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available

• Pay Range : $20.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour
