Job Description: Shift Supervisor at Crothall Healthcare

Location: St Francis Medical Center - 309 Jackson Street, Monroe, LA 71201. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time, 5:30 am - 1:00 pm. Days may vary; more details upon interview.

Requirement: No experience required.

Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Oversee activities of associates during a shift, ensuring job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.

Essential Duties:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare reports for management, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee complaints or requests.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
