Job Title: Shift Supervisor at Bon Appétit

Bon Appétit is hiring immediately for a full-time Shift Supervisor position at Counter Point Cafe, located at 4200 Bohannan Drive, Menlo Park, CA 94025. Online applications are accepted only.

Job Summary

Oversee the activities of associates during a shift, ensuring that job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide training and create work schedules.
2. Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
3. Prepare reports on production or sales for management, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
4. Serve as the point of contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
5. Mentor employees, encourage goal setting, and promote advancement within the organization.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
