Compass Group USA is hiring for a full-time Shift Supervisor at Beach and Borough Deli in Matthews, NC. The role directs associates on a morning shift (7:00 am–2:00 pm) with occasional variations. You will oversee daily duties, ensure policy adherence, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Prior deli, cooking, and inventory experience is required. Salary ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour. This position includes comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for career growth within the

• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
