AutoZone's Full-Time Shift Supervisors assist the Store Manager with leading company initiatives, ensuring maximum productivity, training high-performing AutoZoners in a safe environment, driving sales, controlling expenses and shrink, and remaining compliant with company procedures. Position Responsibilities

1. Assist Store Manager with supervising, training, and developing store personnel.
2. Assume responsibility for store operation and commercial department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager and Store Manager, on assigned shifts.
3. Manage commercial and hub departments to ensure service and delivery commitments are met.
4. Delegate and ensure timely completion of merchandising tasks.
5. Operate cash registers and handle cash duties, including deposits and petty cash.
6. Follow all company policies and loss prevention procedures.
7. Utilize ZNET to assist customers in locating merchandise or alternatives.
8. Maintain a safe working environment, including PPE practices.
9. Monitor cash flow, inventory, and security controls.
10. Maintain sales productivity, store appearance, and merchandising standards.
11. Conduct opening and closing procedures.
12. Manage emergency situations following proper procedures.
13. Provide performance feedback to the store manager.
14. Monitor and manage activities related to risk and safety.
15. Address and resolve customer concerns to turn complaints into compliments.
16. Process returns and manage inventory effectively.
17. Communicate issues and concerns to the Store Manager confidentially and promptly.
18. Motivate AutoZoners to deliver WOW! Customer Service, improve productivity, and promote sales.

Position Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• High integrity and strong decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive customer service.
