Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor at the Kohler, WI location to supervise associates on a full-time shift and ensure adherence to policy and procedures. The role includes training, scheduling, and performance management to meet quality, productivity, and safety targets.

The position offers a full-time schedule with a pay rate of $20.25 per hour. Duties also include preparing reports for management and acting as the main point of contact for staff inquiries and time-off requests.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and discipline underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Act as the contact person for employee questions or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
