Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services at Ascension Calumet Hospital in Chilton, WI is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor. You will direct associates on a single shift, train staff, and ensure policy adherence while maintaining quality and safety.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with occasional weekends and holidays; online applications only. Previous supervisory, housekeeping, and food service experience is preferred but not required.

• Act as the point of contact for employees with complaints or time-off requests.

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.

• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
