AutoZone's Full-Time Shift Supervisors assist the Store Manager with leading company initiatives, ensuring maximum productivity, training high-performing AutoZoners in a safe environment, driving sales, controlling expenses and shrink, and remaining compliant with company procedures. Position Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with supervising, training, and developing store personnel.
• Assume responsibility for store operation and commercial department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager and Store Manager, on assigned shifts.
• Manage commercial and hub departments to ensure service and delivery commitments are met.
• Delegate and ensure timely completion of merchandising tasks.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash duties including deposits, petty cash, and lane accountability.
• Follow all company policies and loss prevention procedures.
• Utilize ZNET to assist customers in locating merchandise or finding alternatives.
• Maintain a safe working environment, including proper PPE usage.
• Monitor cash flow, inventory, and security controls.
• Maintain sales productivity, store appearance, and merchandising standards.
• Conduct opening and closing procedures.
• Manage emergency situations and conduct proper emergency procedures.
• Follow accident procedures.
• Provide performance feedback to the store manager.
• Monitor and manage activities related to Risk & Safety Management.
• Address customer concerns to turn complaints into compliments.
• Process returns and manage inventory effectively.
• Communicate issues and concerns to the Store Manager promptly and confidentially.
• Motivate AutoZoners to provide excellent customer service, enhance productivity, and promote sales.

Position Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• High integrity and strong decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to drive customer service.
