Job summary

ESFM USA in Huntsville, AL is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to direct associates on a shift, train staff, and ensure adherence to safety and company standards. The role involves scheduling, evaluating performance, and reporting on productivity and quality.

You will act as a liaison for employee concerns, mentor team members, and support a high hospitality standard across operations. Flexible hours and weekends as needed accompany the core duties.

• Location: Old Highway 20 & Gunters Way N., Huntsville, AL 35756 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday - Friday and weekends as needed; hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Communication skills, teamwork, safety and compliance, problem-solving skills, and hospitality experience required.
• Fixed Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
