Job Description: Shift Supervisor at Morrison Healthcare

We are hiring immediately for full-time Shift Supervisor positions at Morrison Healthcare.

Location: Memorial Hospital Gulfport - 4500 13th Street, Gulfport, MS 39501. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, rotating schedule. Hours and days may vary; more details provided upon interview.

Requirements: Previous supervisory experience in food service and customer service skills are required. Willing to train!

Pay Range: $14.50 to $16.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a shift, ensuring job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide training and create work schedules.
2. Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
3. Prepare reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
4. Serve as the contact for employee complaints and requests for time off.
5. Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
