Gourmet Dining & Chartwells Higher Education at Drew University in Madison, NJ is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor to oversee a team during a shift, ensure safety, quality and policy adherence, and support the campus dining program.

The role requires prior supervisory experience; duties include training staff, creating schedules, supervising performance, generating reports, handling time-off requests, mentoring through advancement, and performing additional duties as needed.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
