Job Overview

We are hiring immediately for full‑time Shift Supervisor positions at Thomas Hospital, 750 Morphy Avenue, Fairhope, AL 36532. Online applications only. Full‑time schedule with open availability is required; days, hours, evenings, and weekends may vary. Previous cooking experience is required. Pay range: $17.00–$20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Serve as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
