The position requires prior customer service or food service experience, availability for full-time hours, and a willingness to participate in training.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, retail, coffee shop, and food service experience is preferred.
• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet policy.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance and reward or discipline accordingly.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management.
• Be the contact for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees toward advancement.

• Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, hours may vary; rotating weekends.
• Requirement: Previous customer service, retail, coffee shop, and food service experience is preferred.

• Pay Range: $20.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour.
