ESFM is seeking a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR at 16825 Churnovic Lane, Crest Hill, IL 60403. Multiple shifts available with online applications accepted. Prior supervisory experience is required and janitorial/custodial experience is preferred. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety expectations.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor/develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
