Job summary

Eurest is hiring for a full-time Shift Supervisor at the Anduril Hive C Cafe in Costa Mesa, CA. You will direct the activities of associates on a shift and ensure daily operations run smoothly while adhering to policies.

This role includes training and scheduling staff, evaluating performance, preparing reports, and acting as a mentor. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with some Saturdays and a pay range of $24.00 to $26.00 per hour, with benefits available.

• Evaluate workers’ performance and address disciplinary issues when needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
