The position involves assisting the Store Manager in leading initiatives, ensuring productivity, training staff, driving sales, controlling expenses, and maintaining compliance with company policies. Shift Supervisors aim to deliver an exceptional customer experience by Living the Pledge daily.

Position Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop store personnel
• Manage store operations and the commercial department during the Store Manager's absence
• Oversee management of the Commercial and Hub Departments to ensure service and delivery standards
• Complete merchandising tasks timely
• Operate cash registers and handle cash duties responsibly
• Follow company policies and loss prevention procedures
• Use ZNET to assist customers in locating merchandise or alternatives
• Maintain a safe working environment, including PPE compliance
• Monitor cash flow, inventory, and security
• Maintain sales, store appearance, and merchandising standards
• Conduct opening and closing procedures
• Manage emergency and accident procedures
• Provide performance feedback to the Store Manager
• Monitor and manage risks and safety
• Resolve customer concerns effectively
• Manage returns and inventory
• Communicate issues to the Store Manager
• Motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and boost sales

Position Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• ASE Certification preferred
• High integrity
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
