Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at Uchicago Advent Health Bolingbrook Hospital - 500 Remington Boulevard, Bolingbrook, IL 60440. The role directs the activities of associates during a shift and ensures that assigned tasks meet policy and quality standards.

Summary responsibilities include training, scheduling, evaluating performance, and preparing reports to meet quality, productivity, and safety goals. Prior supervisor experience is preferred.

• Location: Uchicago Advent Health Bolingbrook Hospital - 500 Remington Boulevard, Bolingbrook, IL 60440.
• Schedule: Full time schedule; Monday through Friday, hours may vary. Rotating weekends. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior supervisor experience preferred.
• Pay Range: $19.50per hour to$22.50per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
