Job summary

Eurest, part of Compass Group, is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for Montage Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton, SC. The role directs the daily activities of the team, ensures policy compliance, and maintains service standards. The schedule is 40 hours weekly, with weekends and some holidays required.

Qualified candidates will have cooking experience and strong communication skills. Benefits, growth opportunities, and a competitive hourly rate of $21 are provided.

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure duties are completed according to policy.

• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Serve as the point of contact for associates with complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor staff and encourage growth within the organization.

• Location: Montage Palmetto Bluff - 477 Mt. Pelia Road, Bluffton, SC 29910 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule. 5 days week. 40 hours between 11:00 am - 7:30 pm. Weekends and some holidays required. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Must have cooking experience and strong communication skills.

Job Summary

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
