+ We are hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

+ Address: Dell Children's Medical Center - 4900 Mueller Boulevard, Austin, TX 78723. Note: online applications accepted only.

+ Pay Range: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure that job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Provide training and create work schedules.
  2. Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
  3. Prepare reports for management and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
  4. Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
  5. Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal-setting and advancement.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.
