Compass Group USA, at Eurest at the Kiewit Training Center in Aurora, CO, seeks a Shift Supervisor for a full-time role. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm, with an hourly pay range.

Responsibilities include directing associate activities, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and ensuring quality, safety, and policy adherence. The role may involve mentoring and addressing time-off requests.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team of associates in a foodservice or hospitality environment.
• Ability to train staff and create schedules.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

• Location: Kiewit Training Center - 1551 Picadilly Road, Aurora, CO 80019 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday - Friday, 5:30 am - 2:00 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: FOH buffet setup and some prep involved. *Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available
• Pay Range: $25.00 per hour to$28.00per hour

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
