Job summary

Trulieve, a leader in the cannabis industry, seeks a Shift Supervisor to support the General Manager in daily operations at our Atlanta-area location. You will supervise store staff, ensure smooth opening and closing, and strive to deliver an outstanding patient and customer experience.

The role requires prior retail or customer service management, cash handling, and strong interpersonal skills. You will maintain brand standards, comply with state regulations, manage inventory, and collaborate

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism; ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to communicate in conversational English; operate electronic equipment.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.

Responsibilities

ROLESUMMARY

TheShift Supervisor willbe responsible forassistingthe General Manager/Assistant General Managerinleadership andsupervision of store personnel, achieving key performancemetricsand ensuring the efficient dailyoperationof the store. This roleis responsible forensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience.

KEYDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assume all duties of a key-holding supervisor related to opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff and retail processes
• Maintainbrand standards in visual merchandising
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPsand assure that any changes are communicated to employees
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team that is focused on company service standards and accountability to meet specific objectives
• Monitorandmaintainstoreinventory
• Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance
• Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management

SKILLSANDQUALIFICATIONS

ADDITIONAL MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS

• Mustpossessa valid driver’s license and passaMVR background check (delivery locations only)
• Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
• Must be able to relate to and work with patrons of different ages, abilities, and patrons that at times are experiencing emotional distress, or displaying a hostile attitude

PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:
• Constantly required to move/traverse throughout entire facility, includingtightspaces

• Must have visual and auditory acuity with or without job aids to perform all functions of the position

WORKSCHEDULE:

Up to40hoursweeklywithflexiblehoursdependingonstoreneeds.Mustbeavailabletoworkevenings,weekends,andholidays.
