We are hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

• Train staff and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports on production, sales, quality, safety.
• Handle employee complaints and requests.
• Mentor and develop employees, encourage career growth.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
