What You'll Do

Champion Customer Service: Be the face of exceptional service! Provide prompt, courteous, and top-of-the-line customer service to each guest, setting the standard for your team.

Build Relationships: Establish, build, and maintain work relationships with staff and regular customers, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Operational Excellence: Oversee front line and/or finish line operations, ensuring uniform standards, safety protocols, and continuous employee progression.

Team Collaboration: Manage labor and production costs, delegate tasks effectively, and contribute to the overall site profitability. Jump in to help your team and de-escalate customer issues.

Communication is Key: Regularly communicate with leadership and ensure employees are informed about promotions, maintaining a positive and engaged team.

What You'll Bring
