Description

At (EWR) Newark Liberty International Airport, we are looking for a dedicated Multi-Unit Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring efficiency, team success, and outstanding customer service.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and support teams across multiple restaurant locations to ensure smooth operations and consistent service.
  • Train, motivate, and coach team members to provide an exceptional guest experience.
  • Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and ensuring proper staffing levels.
  • Monitor sales, inventory, and cash handling procedures to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Uphold company policies, health and safety regulations, and airport security requirements.
  • Address guest concerns quickly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction.
  • Support new hire onboarding and ongoing staff development.
  • Collaborate with managers and corporate leadership to enhance performance and processes.
What You’ll Need
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
  • Experience managing multiple locations or high-volume operations is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Ability to pass airport security background checks.
