Dairy Queen at a Fourteen Foods location is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to oversee customer service and food quality in line with Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards. You will support and learn management tasks from the Assistant Manager and General Manager while leading a team in daily operations.

The ideal candidate is 18+, has 1+ years as a food service or retail supervisor, can pass a background check, and communicates effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• The Shift Manager provides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance each customer’s visit, while assisting and learning management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
