Tim Hortons Ashland is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee team members on shift, ensuring our standards for people, product, cleanliness and exceptional guest experience are met. You will lead by example, train new staff, and assist in scheduling and coverage during busy periods.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise team activities on shift to ensure standards for people, product, cleanliness and guest experience.
• Assist in recruitment and retention strategies; lead by example and motivate staff.
• Ensure compliance with Tim Hortons operating standards and cash procedures during shifts.
• Respond promptly to guest service issues and escalate problems when needed.
• Maintain health, safety and postural standards; document shift activities and reports.
