Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure that assigned tasks meet policies and quality standards.
• Provide training and create work schedules for team members.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance as needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports and help the unit meet quality, productivity and safety goals.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
