The role requires being self-motivated, dynamic, and capable of working under pressure while delivering consistent guest experiences. Background checks and proper documentation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work in a manager role.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong written, math and interpersonal skills are required.
• Experience in customer service is helpful but not required.
• Must comply with state and federal documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Training and supervising crew members.
