Job summary

Snarfburger, a Colorado favorite, is seeking team members to prepare burgers and sides to Snarf's famous standards. You will greet customers, take orders, handle cash and card payments, and assist with the Snarf’s app for points and purchases. Maintain clean workstations, answer calls for to-go orders, and promote specials.

A friendly, team-driven attitude is essential. Experience in food service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in culinary or food industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer-centric service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble burgers and sides following Snarf's recipes and guidelines.
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service in a friendly manner.
• Take accurate orders, handle cash transactions, and process credit card payments efficiently.
• Navigate the Snarf’s app to assist customers with points or purchase questions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment.
• Answer phone calls, take to-go orders, and promote menu items and specials.
• Adhere to food safety protocols and ensure proper handling of ingredients.
• Demonstrate basic math for order accuracy and cash handling.
• Embrace flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
