KBP Inspired, part of KBP Brands, is seeking a Shift Manager for our Arby’s family location in Scottsdale, AZ. If you’re a natural leader with strong organizational skills, you’ll help manage daily operations, train staff, and ensure a smooth, customer-focused shift.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, maneuver in compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations during shifts.
• Assist in training and coaching team members.
• Help ensure quality, safety, and compliance during daily service.
