KBP Inspired, part of KBP Brands, is seeking a Shift Manager at our Arby’s franchise location in Maryland. If you’re a natural leader with strong organizational skills, you’ll help run daily operations and support teammates during fast-paced shifts.

We offer paid training, meals, benefits, PTO, and opportunities to grow into Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager roles. Must be at least 18, have 1 year of supervisory experience, and be flexible with evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand during shifts.
